WHY ENGINEERED HARDWOOD FLOORING CLASSICAL SERIES

In addition to the strength provided by the Creek Series and Shawnee Series, Opus Floors engineered hardwood flooring Classical Series offers additional benefits.

Forest at Home

Opus Floors offers natural oiled products in Classical Series Classical Series, utilizing the most advanced natural processes. The finishes used are derived from plant-based oils and waxes, ensuring a truly natural approach. These natural oils possess microporous properties and molecularly bond with the wood, eliminating concerns of cracking, flaking, or peeling. The open pores in the wood allow for the absorption of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), contributing to healthier air quality in the surrounding environment.

Elegant

Opus Floors Classical Series engineered hardwood stands out with an impressive construction. It consists of 10 layers of real wood, with a substantial 4mm thick top layer. This exceptional composition significantly enhances the flooring’s stability to an even greater degree. Furthermore, the Classical Series is designed with a width of 7 1/2” and features 80% of 75” long boards. This wider width and longer board length create a sense of spaciousness, elegance, and sophistication, making the area visually larger and more refined.

Life Time Floor

The Natural Oiled Classical products offer the advantage of being non-sealed on the surface, allowing them to breathe and absorb VOCs. This characteristic contributes to better indoor air quality. However, it is important to exercise caution since they are not sealed on top, and exposure to moisture or spills should be minimized. Because they are not sealed, it is much easier to maintain and extend the longevity of the flooring with maintenance oil periodically. This helps nourish the wood and protect it over time. The addition of maintenance oil can help the Natural Oiled Classical flooring last life time.
